No need to move tokens to your LLC. List wallet address, asset type, quantity, and value on capital contributions page. Get it notarized. LLC now owns that wallet, no taxable event if it’s a sole member LLC.

Strong critique, but it leaves out key context. Distribution today does not equal long-term settlement dominance tomorrow. Ethereum currently has deeper DeFi rails for stablecoin circulation, so short-term gravity there is expected. XRPL’s strength has always been payments, compliance-friendly flows, and institutional rails, not speculative DeFi volume. ETF accumulation, custody growth, and regulatory progress are demand building in a different layer of the stack. Utility is expanding, just not always in flashy on-chain metrics yet. The real test will be sustained enterprise flow, not today’s TVL snapshot.

BREAKING: RLUSD just hit $1.26 B supply. 81 % lives on Ethereum. 19 % on XRPL. That’s not a distribution. That’s an eviction notice. The stablecoin that was supposed to resurrect the XRP Ledger… is openly choosing to live somewhere else. Meanwhile: - XRP gets vacuumed into ETFs and cold storage - Daily payment volume on XRPL still < $15 M - DEX depth so thin you can’t swap $1 M without 8 % slippage - DeFi TVL flatlined at 0.4 % of Ethereum’s This isn’t a supply shock. It’s a demand funeral. Everyone keeps screaming “When $10?” while the chain itself is on life support. Here’s the part no one wants to say out loud: A ledger without activity isn’t sleeping. It’s dead. And no amount of hopium, lawsuits or ETF inflows will reanimate a corpse. Utility or bust. Everything else is just noise.

Even with an $80k BTC… still wouldn’t buy that 💩 if you’re not buying a full BTC. If you’re dealing with less, XRP is the only logical buy. You’ll make so much more long term.
