I think “balance” should be a franchise-wide thing, but I don’t think forcing a balance in every game is the right move. Diversity is good. We don’t want the same feeling game every year (tonally, aesthetically, or gameplay) Same games should be as “realistic” as possible, others should be a crazy as possible, and others should find a balance. It’s good to have a mix of all of these to keep the series fresh. But ultimately I do think it’s important that the skins fit the game. Just don’t be afraid to have some wild games though (like Infinite Warfare Zombies)
