Based on his lack of care for ROH, I think it’s safe to say it’s a good thing that didn’t happen. Not because people wouldn’t like working for him but if he can’t seem to put enough care in to ROH to make it desirable, what makes anyone think he would have the time to devote to WWE to make it interesting? Especially since we know Tony doesn’t like to not have control so delegating somebody to run WWE probably wouldn’t have been an option. It would’ve been WWF purchasing WCW all over again
