Fact: Fed Govt pays WA Govt 50% of costs incurred by WA hospitals & public health to assess, diagnose, treat & contain COVID. Includes running costs of hospitals re COVID, PPE, ventilators. Morrison Govt has ALREADY paid WA $455 million with no outbreak. Where's the cash gone?
