🚫 CLAIM: Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) says it downed an "enemy" fighter jet over Qeshm Island in the Strait of Hormuz. ✅ FACT: All U.S. fighter aircraft are accounted for. Iran's IRGC has made the same false claim at least half a dozen times.

Reports of F15 shot down with search and rescue efforts underway. We lost 63 aircraft in the Gulf War. Dozens in the first few weeks. This would be the 5th downed aircraft, and only one by enemy fire in Operation Epic Fury. Pray for the pilot and weapons officers that they are not injured and are soon recovered.

The 14th Amendment was never intended as a loophole. The Supreme Court must get this right.

Jackson tried to trap him with an emotional hospital-birth scenario involving illegal migrants. JACKSON: “Are we bringing pregnant women in for depositions?!” SAUER: “No. The executive order depends on lawful status. If a baby is born, a birth certificate is issued, and the system checks immigration status through existing databases.” Jackson then pushed again, asking whether parents would get a chance to prove they intended to stay in the U.S. Sauer shut that down too. He said the exact opposite is true: if someone believes they were wrongly denied, there are ways to challenge it, but those cases would be rare. When Jackson asked if that challenge only comes after a baby is denied citizenship, Sauer made it crystal clear: The system already verifies the parents’ status automatically, using robust databases, and for the overwhelming majority of parents, the process would look no different than it does now. When you break the law, you should be punished, not rewarded.   Anyone who enters America illegally is a CRIMINAL.   Granting birthright citizenship to the children of criminal illegal aliens isn’t just insanity, it’s a HUGE national security risk.
