@TheDazeel One of the best first person rpgs I have played in years is the Tainted Grail: Fall of Avalon. That mf looks and plays like Oblivion from 2006. I could not love it more and I got it for $40. Graphics and endless pointless features you will only acknowledge once is a waste.

@TeamAPS The issue isnt even necessarily power creep. Making cards stronger over time is fine. Adding more complexity over time is fine. The issue really lies with trying to play a match these days and the match is over in 1 turn before you could have even had a chance to follow along.

I love Yugioh to death so it's always bittersweet when I'm reminded just how many people used to play this game and stopped because of the power creep and complexity. I've met countless folks over the years and this is so often their story with the game :(
