Fact: there are zero lectures at Carleton University's Journalism School @JSchool_CU named after women or non-binary people.
We're about to change that.

When @vmochama pitched the idea of sending Black journalists to the @NABJ Convention in Chicago as a @ShaddCaryCentre project, it was easy to say yes. I went to Birmingham last year with institutional funding, as did @Pacinthe, who I went with. It was soul-filling for both of us.

HRCE released a report about ventilation in their schools in May 2022.
A surprising amount of schools have active ventilation systems that are functioning correctly - yay!
However, there are a number of schools with ‘natural’ systems that should be addressed.
