$SPY $SPX Are 650 and 626 open for bears to attack? $SPY has been clear downtrend pressure from the bears with short term looking over sold. I have said this multiple times. If something is oversold doesn’t mean it will bounce. Oversold can remain over sold for a long time. Just like how overbought was overbought for over 7 months. Bulls definitely have some gap support and a double bottom support from back in 2025 in the 650 zone first. Although bears might be a little too tiered in the short term so I don’t exactly see us moving all the way there but maybe a pre mature bounce from 654 to retest 666 and 670 to create a lower high. Macro influence on the market and it definitely feels once there is another event coming up with change in the FED chairman and also mid terms coming. Having said that follow the falling wedge on $QQQ bullish structure is still intact and is consolidating and the next up move $QQQ will lead again. Banks currently are weak because of the Private Credit liquidity issue. TRADE IDEA OF THE WEEK: $WMT posted about it. Video is out.
