Excellent news that our project Lansdowne House has won Best Future #Office at the @worldarchfest! Designed by @AHMMArchitects, the project will transform the southern end of Berkeley Square into 10 storeys of #sustainable office space across 225,000 sqft. @blackstone

After spending years behind closed curtains, we are excited to be able to return the Daily Express Building to its former glory and open up its stunning art deco foyer to the general public, as part of our approved plans to redevelop 120 Fleet Street. @HuttonDt @cityoflondon
