@JeremyVineOn5 No. I saw all the moon landings as a child on tv. This is nothing in comparison. Also, theres an international war going on and thousands of children have died. And america fired the first shots killing 200 children in the process. Thats a War crime.

Has the moon mission moved you? A rocket the size of Big Ben has taken off carrying four astronauts. They will travel further from Earth than any other humans in history. Did that moment move you?

@tonyblackburn Circling the moon and landing are 2 very different things and require different amounts of equipment. All the technicians from the moon landings are dead so all their knowledge has to be learned again by younger heads. Also there is less appetite for risking astronauts lives now.

I remember watching the first man on the moon landing some 50years ago which was very exciting as this new mission is. Can anyone tell me why it is that they are not actually going to land on the moon but circle round it. It’s not a criticism I’m just interested to know why they are not actually going to land on the moon.

@SarahisCensored Because its not new. It's old hat. How many rockets with people in them have taken off in the last 50 years? Quite a few. If they bring back Baby Yoda the world will notice but if not.... YAWN. Its the times we live in.
