This is wild. Google Research demonstrates a ~20x more efficient implementation of Shor's algorithm that could break ECDSA keys within minutes with ~500K physical qubits. Google is now are more confident on a 2029 post-quantum transition. We are no longer looking at mid 2030s, we could have quantum computers of this scale by the end of the decade. They believe this result is so severe that they are not publishing the actual circuits. They instead published a ZKP proving that they know of the quantum circuit with these properties. This is very atypical, showing Google thinks this is serious shit. All blockchains need a transition plan ASAP. Post-quantum is no longer a drill.

Many are wondering "what Google saw" that caused them to revise their post-quantum cryptography transition deadline to 2029 last week. It was this: research.google/blog/safeguard…

I have spent years trying to explain LoveNotFear in way that actually clicks. Then we realized: different people need different metaphors. → The gardener sees it as soil, seeds, and seasons → The gamer sees skill trees and XP → The hacker sees default settings to jailbreak → The driver sees a GPS that recalculates without judgment → The entrepreneur sees departments and quarterly reviews Same system underneath: ★ North Star (values, purpose, vision, mission) 💼🧠❤️ Three life areas (Work, Self, Family) ↻ Rituals /habits rituals (morning, evening, Sunday, restart, 90-day) 👥 Community (93% succeed together) Full blog post with all 7 analogies visuals included here: Which one are you? Core values are NOT bullsh*t I used to think they were just for big corporations - until my managers started hiring people who weren’t bought into the mission Clear values aren’t just words on a wall - they’re a compass for every decision your team makes

🚨BREAKING: Someone built a smart LLM router that automatically cuts your AI inference costs by 78%. It's called ClawRouter and the numbers are genuinely insane. Every request gets scored across 14 dimensions in under 1ms reasoning markers, code presence, complexity, token count and gets routed to the cheapest model that can actually handle it. Here's what that looks like in practice: "What is 2+2?" → DeepSeek $0.27/M (saved 99%) "Summarize this article" → GPT-4o-mini $0.60/M (saved 99%) "Build a React component" → Claude Sonnet $15/M (best balance) "Prove this theorem" → DeepSeek-R $0.42/M (reasoning) Blended average across a typical workload comes out to $3.17/M. Compare that to $75/M if you're just defaulting everything to Claude Opus. And the payment model is different from anything else out there. No accounts. No API keys. No shared secrets. You generate a wallet, fund it with $5 USDC on Base, and pay per request. That's it. $5 gets you hundreds of requests. 30+ models across OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek, xAI, and Moonshot. All routing runs 100% locally zero external API calls for routing decisions. 100% Opensource. MIT License. Link in comments.

🚨 MICROSOFT ABOUT TO SUE OPENAI & AMAZON >be microsoft >invest $1B in openai >gets exclusive azure cloud deal >invest another $10B+ >gets rights to 49% of profits +IP >Azure goes brrrrrr >Altman lies to board, quietly launches ChatGPT >board fires him for being a lying manipulative snake >Satya goes to war for Altman. saves his entire career >Altman retvrns in 5 days >immediately purges everyone who purged him >full control. no oversight. thanks Satya! >fast forward to 2025 >OpenAI restructures from non-profit to PBC >MSFT $13.8B is now worth $135B. 10x return >plus 27% of OpenAI >but gives up cloud exclusivity + profit share >KEEPS API clause >all API calls contractually MUST route through Azure >Satya thinks life is good lol >5 months later >Sam Altman becomes strong enough to betray you >"raises $110B round" >doesn't need satya daddy's money anymore >announces $50B deal with AMAZON >$138B in AWS cloud commitments >amazon and openai claim they built some cope called a "Stateful Runtime Environment" >Microsoft lawyers hmmm >Altman: it's not what it looks like. i can totally explain >so it's technically not an API call because it's "stateful" >and it's a... "Runtime Experience" >totally di!erent thing >pls ignore the TCP packets lol >Microsoft engineers look at the SRE architecture >"THIS IS NOT TECHNICALLY POSSIBLE without violating the contract." *Satya finds out he's been cucked* Microsoft exec literally tells FT: "We know our contract. We will sue them if they breach it." >AWS quietly gives employees a memo on which words are legally safe lmao >can say: "powered by" or "enabled by" or "integrates with" OpenAI >cannot say: "enables access to" or "calls on" ChatGPT >also cannot suggest frontier models are "available on AWS" Microsoft: "If Amazon and OpenAI want to take a bet on the creativity of their contractual lawyers, I would back us, not them." Scam Altman strikes AGAIN.

When I hear people say "AI isn't good enough," what I often actually see is: "I'm trying to use AI the same way I work traditionally." This is like trying to drive a car by feeding it hay. We have to change the approach in how we think about work when using AI. Abstraction is needed for clarity. I personally find voice prompting to be more helpful than typing. You can also use AI to help with abstraction before proceeding for better end results.

In every decision I make, both in life and in business, I'm choosing between acting out of love or fear. It's a simple idea, but it really helps guide my choices. Instead of sticking to the old-school focus on just making profits for shareholders, I've been drawn to "Conscious Capitalism" by John Mackey. It's about looking out for everyone involved - not just the people who own stock, but also our customers, our team, our suppliers, the environment, and our community. This way of doing things not only feels more aligned with my values, but it also turns out to be good for business. Companies that take care of their wider community tend to do better in the long run.
