I made it. it's a Web3 crowdsourcing platform called @DeCartography . it has 2 sides to understanding: 1. crowdsourcing app 2. oracle (data processer) It provides tasks to crowd workers. in this case, crowd workers must select similar "wallet addresses" from choices. after they are done, we distribute rewards for them. after that, the platform can collect answers powered by each worker's intuition. then, marge it. using for just clustering targeted data (e.g. Gitcoin's participant data). it can provide clustered data powered by a fully decentralized data processor. it's infra of Plural QF, creditable neutrality is important..

@0xCommune great discussion topics! we're working on this at gitcoin. I would love to chat! clustering by location makes a lot of sense and online your location might be defined by where you hang. finding the right data to determine where that is is an interesting problem too
