@Debbzdbee Same thing happened to me. Tizetti came to pick up my device that I paid for all in the guise of that they were taking it for an upgrade because I was always complaining about the terrible network. The guy who came to pick it up assured me that they will give it an upgrade.

I even sent an email to @NgComCommission reporting Tizeti’s poor service but I never got a reply.I mean; I don’t know anybody powerful so justice is but a dream.I was going to let it go but I decided to call their support one last time and the response I got shocked me #SUFC

@tizeti showed up in April and told me they had come to take the devices for an upgrade. That was the last time I saw my 80k that I had barely used and everytime I called customer care their response was always the same “Sincere apologies ma we are working on it” #GOLD #Tizeti

I installed their wack-ass internet for a little over 80k on the 1st of Feb. 2023. They assured me that they had good coverage in my area, but after I paid, nothing was working. I kept texting them until I got tired. Then I stopped subscribing. #bbtvi #bringmyrouterback
