Reports suggest that layoffs have begun at ZeniMax Media, with studios such as Bethesda, id Software, Arkane, and MachineGames potentially affected. Microsoft has not commented publicly, and the full scale of the cuts remains unknown. George Broussard, co-founder of 3D Realms and Apogee, said on social media: “Getting word that layoffs at ZeniMax have begun.” He added: “Heard rumblings recently that the cuts may be much deeper than you expect.”

Studios really need to go back rethink their strategies that makes their development time and budget to be that excessive and unsustainable🎤




Xbox fait ces choix, aujourd'hui tous le monde s'offusque car des studios pourraient fermer. Si ils en arrivent la, c'est que la nouvelle stratégie l'impose. Vous ne voulez plus voir cela arriver, acheter les jeux pour les soutenir. Trop facile de jouer les hypocrites après.









Et si cela ne suffisait pas, Bungie devrait connaître cet été des licenciements massifs. Je prends des pincettes, mais on me parle d’au moins 50% des effectifs touchés (permanents ou contractuels) consécutifs à la fin de Destiny 2 et à la situation de Marathon.
