New paper out in @PLOSBiology elaborating on the importance of the NKCC1 transporter in microglial physiology and inflammatory responses. Central vs systemic blockade of NKCC1 with bumetanide have opposite effects. Great team effort led by @KrisztinaTth6 journals.plos.org/plosbiology/ar…
