@DestinationXL So here’s an idea, provide a notification that your order will need to be sent in separate shipments so that I can choose shipped to store. If everything is coming in one shipment, I’d like it to come directly to me if it’s multiple shipments, I’d like them all to go to the store

@DestinationXL I placed a huge $300 order. I get 5 emails that my items are shipped. I look closer and it’s 5 different shipments from 5 different locations. I don’t get packages delivered to my apartment. I’ve got to go to UPS store 5 different times for 5 different deliveries.

@IraKlein61710 We're sorry. The option to ship to store is not found on an order. Ship to store can be selected when placing future orders. On our redesigned website, right above where you would type in your ship to address, there is a box you can check to choose a DXL store to ship to.

@DestinationXL Are you offering anything to customers who have been plagued by the poor quality collars on your dress shirts? I have lost 10-12 shirts in a short period of time because of the bumpy collar issue. I cant risk purchasing more just to have lightly worn shirts fail.

So as far as I can tell, the only way to benefit from @DestinationXL rewards is to receive several emails from them all day - every day - even when you've specified only once a week. If you unsubscribe from all emails, then you cannot benefit from the rewards. But attempting to limit the number and kinds of emails does nothing.

Slim pickings on shirts. I did order a sweet Hawaiian shirt because all the had was 3XLT and up. But at least those are in the @DestinationXL catalogue the sales rep ordered for me.

Sad. @DestinationXL I now wear a 40 waist, still plenty fat, but that is the waist DXL considers only for football players. I'm 6'2" and take a 32 length, smallest anywhere in the store for 40W was 36, or someone at least 6'6". Found 40/32 Dockers at the mall.

@DestinationXL Thanks for the guidance, but I’m an IT guy and can’t stand unusable web sites. I use Safari and Chrome - with equally crutty app behavior on both. My ROT is that if I can’t find what I’m looking for in three clicks - your web site is unwieldy and I go elsewhere to shop.
