The characters are being redesigned! including our beloved chimp...
We are trying to bring more energy to the characters by exaggerating features and expressions. The characters will now be closer reflections to their personalities.
Chimp will also be showing more ape like traits.

Like I said before, this concept would’ve been funnier if the landlord was an actual rabid chimp instead of just, a guy, this just feels like a unfunny network comedy show pitched by someone who doesn’t actually wanna make a cartoon
