We (@everyonewhere) tried this once and it spun into what really amounted to a low value con on our part, because the restaurant clearly did not have a policy. It was humiliating… but exciting!

The Deadpool movie was like a really good Adam Sandler movie with just enough inside bullshit (about movies everyone hated) and bad earnest parts that you could never show it to a regular person. Appreciated all the cheap comic references in the first half hour.

@OldJonHernandez I think we needed to see the events that were alluded to to make it pay off the way they wanted it to. Like fricked up gorey stuff. It would have been too expensive to show all those specific corpses though. Also I’m a sucker for a Cable & Deadpool team up so that tips the scales

@DocBag I liked it better than the second one. Way overdelivered as a straight up comedy, just thought all the obligatory earnest pathos stuff was so undercooked that most of it may as well have not been there.

Imagine you’re a keyboard player who showed up an hour late to the gig and you turned your amp up so loud I can barely get the vocals audible. In this scenario you suck ass.
