It powerfully states that hospitals routinely maintain their expensive and vital machines. This is the case which preempted the establishment of @NHSPracHealth which NHSE now wishes to de-fund. We shouldn't forget how appalling it was & the level of stigma which many healthcare professionals STILL feel.
