Typical @WellsFargo. I’m a 40-year customer; tried to send $100 birthday gift to daughter using @Zelle, out of my account immediately but never received on the other end. 4 months later, after many “investigations” sorry, nothing they can do! Is anyone worse at customer service?

It’s weird. I haven’t been on a school board for a while, and yet these events are still personal to me. Maybe because I felt responsible for the safety of our community’s kids for so many years. Maybe because I’m a dad & grandpa. Or maybe because it is just so horrible. #Uvalde
