NEW: Russian officials continue to temporarily deport children from occupied Mariupol to St. Petersburg for cultural indoctrination. Other Key Takeaways: Russian military-patriotic groups are expanding across occupied Ukraine, including by training youth to operate drones. ZNPP occupation authorities continue indoctrinating and militarizing children in occupied Enerhodar to channel them into Russia’s nuclear sector. Russia’s ruling United Russia party announced pro-occupation candidates for the September 2026 State Duma “elections” in occupied Ukraine. A major mine operator in occupied Luhansk Oblast is withholding wages and laying off workers, underscoring the instability of Russia’s extractive project in occupied Ukraine. Russian authorities continue detaining residents in occupied Ukraine and pursuing severe treason sentences for perceived pro-Ukrainian activity. Israeli and Ukrainian media report that Russia is exporting grain stolen from occupied Ukraine to Israel. Russian state-owned VTB Bank is expanding investment in residential construction in occupied Crimea.

Happy 22nd anniversary to Czechia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, Malta, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Cyprus as EU members! Twenty-two years ago, Europe made one of its most forward-looking decisions. That choice demonstrated that enlargement is not a risk — it is one of Europe’s greatest strategic investments. The 2004 enlargement marked a decisive step toward overcoming historical divisions and advancing the reunification of Europe. Today, in the face of renewed geopolitical challenges, this vision of a united continent remains as relevant as ever. Ukraine is an integral part of this European space — by geography, history, and our strong commitment to freedom, democracy, and the rule of law. Despite the immense challenges of war, Ukraine continues to advance reforms and align with EU standards. Ukraine’s future lies within the European Union. Our European perspective has been recognized, and the accession process is underway. Progress along this path, based on merit and continued reform efforts, will contribute not only to Ukraine’s transformation but also to a stronger, more resilient European Union. Completing the reunification of Europe is a shared responsibility. Advancing Ukraine’s path toward EU membership is an essential part of that historic process.

One of the most cynical Russian war crimes is the systematic, calculated transfer of Ukrainian children, scattering them across Russia, concealing their fate, “reprogramming” their culture, and continuously, shamelessly subjecting them to militarization. It is vitally important to bring our children back home from there. Before the Russians break them. And every initiative, every activity, every effort that helps achieve this also helps Ukraine. I said this while addressing participants of the Civil Society and Expert Day. Thanks to our Bring Kids Back UA initiative, we have secured 2,126 returns, and we will continue this work. We have engaged strong international mediators to help bring the children home. I am grateful to every country that has joined our Coalition for the Return of Children. I want to thank every leader of the countries contributing to the effort, and every First Lady of countries that care and are concerned about the fate of abducted children. I thank our Bring Kids Back team. I am grateful to all diplomats, international organizations, and journalists who maintain focus on the rescue of children.

To understand why the Perm pumping station is important ⬇️

Onsite footage from Russia’s Perm oil pipeline pumping station as it burns out of control today, flames rising hundreds of feet in the air.

1/2 Already this morning, Kharkiv, Sumy, Kherson, Chernihiv + Dnipropetrovsk regions have suffered daytime attacks. All either directly attacking civilians or making zero effort to minimise casualties. Clear war crimes, hundreds of them every day. The worst attack is in Dnipro:

Our second German resilience factory is now live, producing 1000 HX-2s every month, with the ability to add another 400-600 drones per month.
