@DrLaCount @HowtoADHD Hey @DrLaCount, Jessica has said great things about you. Any interest in coming on my show to talk about ADHD research and/or science literacy?

So happy that this book is out after so much work! I'm also very touched by the kind words from @HowtoADHD in her acknowledgements 😊

@DrLaCount Hello, would love to talk to you for some research on adhd I am doing - sarah.marsh@theguardian.com. I've tried emailing but getting a bounce back
English

@hubermanlab I've seen a proliferation of apps with music or frequencies claimed to boost/ameliorate some psychological variable (e.g., focus, anxiety, irritability). Would be interested in the theoretical mechanisms of action, as well as the efficacy vs. effectiveness of these

@TheeDoctorB @JebroUnity I am on twitter but barely ever on here lol

Parents need to know:
There is no research demonstrating that staying OFF social media is harmful to kids.
There are many reasons to let kids on, or keep them off social media, but don't feel pressured to give access for this reason. In fact, some of our data shows the most popular and socially competent kids are choosing to get off social media these days!

@adhdjesse Too few adult-oriented clinicians get any, let alone thorough, training in managing/assessing ADHD in adulthood. Most training programs still approach ADHD as a childhood problem, unfortunately.

I’m writing a chapter on the intersectionality between ADHD & other stuff. (I.e. conditions/race/culture/gender/sexuality) so people understand our lived experience better.
What would you want people to know?
Some tweets may be quoted -- if so,
@Real_Theresa
will reach out!

After a decade of research in this area I am beyond thrilled to see the work @joey_fredrick and @CincyBehMed is doing @CincyChildrens to put our learnings into clinical practice for kids and teens with cognitive disengagement syndrome!!!
