So what?
1.Starting salary matters for recruitment. This complements evidence on importance of pay for retention.
2. Recruitment campaigns should emphasise extrinsic rewards, alongside meaningful aspects. Great 2015 example here - watch to the end!

@SteveTeachPhys @MrElliotHahn Hi Steven. Yes, I agree that the lack of precision for many of these evaluations jumps out of this graph. But I also thinks it provides useful evidence about a few TA-led interventions that are more likely to benefit pupils.
English

@MrElliotHahn Not sure the evidence is clear for any conclusion other than that getting a positive and significant result from an education RCT is tough.

Once again, the evidence is clear: TAs can transform student outcomes but only if training is the top priority. Training isn’t optional. Interventions succeed only when TAs are carefully developed to deliver them well and effectively..

My friend Natasha Raheem @Dixons_OS is writing an important book about schools that support student and teacher belonging. She is looking for case studies of schools doing great work in this area. If you know of good examples, please DM me. Thanks!

Just looked into some @Carousel_Learn data for the combined and separate science chemistry bank (higher) and there have been over 1,250,000 questions answered since the summer 🤯🤯🤯
(remember this is only two banks out of the twelve we released!!)
