- ceux qui veulent travailler travaillent et sont payés double;
- ceux qui ne veulent pas auront le droit de refuser de travailler le 1er mai, sans aucune conséquence sur leur salaire.

Il faut n’avoir jamais bossé de sa vie pour croire que le salarié est volontaire dans une négociation.
Il ne choisit pas : soit la direction le pousse, soit le salaire de misère l’y oblige.
