Our Mental Health Program hosted @FCLEdu and HeartMath to provide education on breath practices HRV and coherence which are all part of Trauma informed care practice that can help our patients with better managing their mental health and improve overall wellness.

Town of Newmarket’s ARC conference. @YRDSB students were invited to pitch ideas of how to improve aspects of their home town to business leaders. Our students were awarded seed funds. Congratulations to Mary Jez, Gracie Foster of Newmarket HS & Shira Cohen from Huron Heights SS!
