According to CBS News, veteran correspondent Scott Pelley reportedly confronted the show's new executive producer, Nick Bilton, during a tense staff meeting following a wave of firings.
🔥 The allegations were extraordinary.
Pelley reportedly accused Barry Weiss of "murdering 60 Minutes."
He reportedly said she "does not love this place" and was "brought in to kill it."
The comments came after what some staff have dubbed "Black Thursday" — a day that reportedly saw executive producer Tanya Simon fired and correspondents Sharon Alfonsi and Cecilia Vega pushed out.

Just so we’re clear, the Israeli Consulate of NYC 100% knew that Smotrich and his band of Jewish supremacist buddies were coming to the parade yesterday. They purposely hid that from all the politicians who attended bc they knew it would cause an uproar.

Whomever leaked that story to Barack Ravid at Axios did a grave disservice to our country, to our president, to Israel, and to Israel's prime minister. The Iranian regime will benefit from that leak, viewing us as weak and desperate for a deal -- even coming to Hezbollah's defense. The Israeli people will also be furious. The missiles are aimed at them, not Washington. And for 100 other reasons, what was thought to be a devasting political hit on Netanyahu by the leakers about a private call between heads of state has done much damage to us and our military and our diplomatic strategy. And if the leakers or others believe Israel should abandon its survival for some deal, they will have a very hard lesson to learn. If the substance of the call is accurate, it is bad enough in my view.
Will there be an FBI investigation to determine who leaked? If not, why not?

The official says Trump basically steamrolled him, and Netanyahu caved with: "OK, OK, just make sure everything is taken care of." And here's the thing: this is huge either way. If it's true, Trump just basically bitch-slapped Netanyahu and reminded him who's actually in charge. Idk who needs to hear this besides Dave Rubin but under the JCPOA Iran gave up 98% of its massive uranium stockpile and agreed to a cap future stockpiles at 300kg… and Iran honored this agreement, as verified by the IAEA the entire time the deal was in place until Trump pulled the plug.
