People often tell you how well a company is doing by sharing growth numbers. I’ll do the opposite. I’ll tell you how well gojiberry.ai is doing by talking about my relationship with my co-founders. @bchesky told us yesterday at an event something that stuck with me: Your relationship with your cofounders is probably the most important one in your life. I think I got incredibly lucky. I found two people just as crazy as I am. Ready to work 24/7 without EVER complaining. - no conflicts - nothing left unsaid - work above everything - no excuses You don’t realize how hard it is to find people who actually want to work. Who have big ambitions. Who show it instead of just talking about it. A few examples: Day 1: we had 0 customers. Nothing. 24 hours later, @romanbuildsaas had already closed 3 clients. He spent the entire night doing outreach and calling people. Day 2: he finds a way to go viral on Reddit. Traffic explodes. Day 3: we already had 5 LinkedIn accounts running outreach + cold email set up. And he was doing 10 calls a day. 9 months later: $1M+ ARR, almost no money spent on ads. Insane.
