@OnTheHooch @AdamMancini4 @sugariscancer Yeah I agree, I just hate the gaslighting that bear markets are the best for FBD traders and that you profit more when bears control but it is so clearly not the case from the bunch of FBD traders I trade along with and they all have 5+ years of experience as well.

A lot of us have traded great today, once or twice probably. But all were also warned today was OPEX and very choppy (i.e. be careful). For the pin, nothing can override news that can drop a market (like Iran saying will not give up the strait a bit ago). After the early morning FBD (too early for me!) it would have bene a good day to take off. More setups when bears control, but to me they are of course easier when bulls do - less chance of being wrong!

We are now have 0 volatility in #ES_F. 6592 was support as posted with sweeps and recoveries actionable. We swept it, rallied to 6608 1st resistance which has ben a ceiling since. If we get vol again and it clears, 6623 magnet is above. From there, we bottom to 6635, 6647+
Adam Mancini@AdamMancini4

After incredible volatility (and 3 setups) to start the day, its now pure chop in #ES_F. Setup #1 was the 6612 Failed breakdown, triggered 630AM. We ran to 6647 target. Setup #2 was 6592 sweep (held nicely), and we ran to 6608. No change: Above is 6623 magnet, then 6635, 6647+

@OnTheHooch @AdamMancini4 @sugariscancer Okay thats fine but what about the whole “no acceptance of 08/14” and “no trigger” comments…Those are ridiculous, how are you supposed to trade with momentum when if you do, you’ll be chasing at 23 at that point…This system is so much worse in bear markets he just won’t admit.

@AdamMancini4 @sugariscancer Good call on the 6623 OPEX pin, we clearly triggered the 08 FBD with a push up to 16 but I know you will simply state it never triggered unfortunately…Ive been a follower for 6+ years but probably going to have to look elsewhere soon. You aren’t what you used to be sadly.

@sugariscancer As I've said many times in newsletter, bears control. When bears control bounces are sold until one of the major breakdown shelves recovers (6716 was it for today), it will be 6623 on Monday

@AdamMancini4 @cspiff138040 How do we know if it still has energy though? I have seen you say this so many times but it’s a bit vague. I’ve woken up and bid an active Failed breakdown twice and it just dumped on me twice so I don’t really understand how to smartly approach this.

@cspiff138040 You can technically enter anytime after a Failed Breakdown triggers as long as you think it still has energy for another level to level move. At this point there's nowhere really but anywhere under 6710 was fine especially since we had that 72 shelf recovery overnight as well

As always in #ES_F the law is every "elevator down" sell is paid back via a Failed Breakdown & rip. We saw it overnight. 6641 Monday low trap was trigger given to readers. Today's targets were 6716 1st (hit). 6738 2nd, then 6758-65 to backtest ystd breakdown 6693, 6685=supports
Adam Mancini@AdamMancini4

Past week was a goldmine for my core setup: The Failed Breakdown in #ES_F. Per 4pm newsletter, traps of Monday's 6641 low trigger long. At 4am we trapped it by 1 points, recovered, now +60 Plan today: 6693, 6685=supports. 6716, 6738, 6758-65 backtest todays targets. Dip<85 to

As I've posted since 11am, this is untradeable chop. Just hold a runner risk free. 6706 reclaim was trigger up though posted 11:15AM and we ran to 6716-20 first target, then back down for more chop Same drill. 6706 reclaims with force see 6716-20, 6739, 6758. Bears control<6758
Adam Mancini@AdamMancini4

As posted 1hr ago, its untradable midday chop in #ES_F but we are still getting triggers. 6706 reclaims trigger up as posted 11:15AM. We triggered shortly after. Targets given were 6716-20 (hit), 6739, 6758 Bears retain full control until 6758 recovers later. Ride runner

@AdamMancini4 Hi Adam, I noticed you really didn’t mention anything with 6705 Failed Breakdown today in the trade recap…To me that triggered a valid NAP entry twice so I was just hoping to see some insight from your end there on what kept you away from it. Any help would be appreciated.

Closing update: Untradaeble chop as warned since 11am, but these choppy days usually trend into the evening (after all the over-traders are eaten up). 6716-20, 6739, 6758 remain above and bears control until 6758 recovers. Newsletter out soon talking next entries from here

@AdamMancini4 It would also be super fitting to trap all these bears trying to trade the breakdown of this big green BF and then squeeze them and finish off the IHS…No predictions of course but I wouldn’t be shocked.

@AdamMancini4 Hi Adam, seems like ES could be trying to make another one of your favorite formations if we can hold this zone and bounce…. seems a little IHS like on the 1H if we can finish this right shoulder. Im curious if you agree with this and are eyeing this as well.

@Oneangrychair @AdamMancini4 There’s been plenty of other examples where I thought similarly and price just flies through so I tried to not overthink that and just ride the momentum but I bid the top there. Adam has mentioned “If that’s what’s required, then that’s what’s required”

@ESFTrader56 @AdamMancini4 16-20 was first major level up, and since price was already at that area after NAP, the logical thing then is to wait for 16-20 to show acceptance too. Otherwise you're basically buying blind at resistance

We spent all day yesterday trapping below 6769 (and running to 6818 target) before finally expanding the range last evening. As posted at 8am, bears control until 6758 recovers. No change: 6716-20=support, 6693 below. 6738-42 must reclaim to see 6758, 6769+ from here.
Adam Mancini@AdamMancini4

After spending all ysterday printing points off the 6769 traps, we finally got range expansion overnight in #ES_F. Per newsletter, recoveries of 6716-20 trigger long & overnight traders got 45 points off it Plan today: 6758 must reclaim to see 6769, 6782+. 6739, 6716-20=supports

@ESFTrader56 @AdamMancini4 I'm not as sharp as Adam, but if you want to take a stab in that spot, I'd tighten the stop to just under 6660, because if support gets cracked with weight, the drop will typically be violent and sudden as we saw. At the very least, you're saving yourself 20ish points on the loss

Overnight/eve traders got all the action in #ES_F - now chop. I posted 9:25PM ystd the 6610-12 recovery starts a run. We got it, and rallied +86 points. Just hold runner now 6663=support (held so far). 6680 1st up (hit), 6704, then 6716 above. Bears control until 6716 recovers
Adam Mancini@AdamMancini4

After an "elevator down" sell, we got a good short squeeze/long trigger in #ES_F. I posted at 9:25AM that the 6610-12 recovery starts a run. We recovered a little after 12am and went +86 Plan: Bears fully control until 6716 recovers. 6663, 6652=supports to setup 6690, 6704, 6716

@AdamMancini4 It really seems like a popular opinion is if we can just get a smidge more insight from you on why you held off on certain setups that were very close to triggering or looked like they triggered to a most people. Could help a ton of people, especially with NAP.

@AdamMancini4 Hey Adam appreciate the reply earlier…In regards to NAP, do you look to see if we are holding above the top of the danger zone for couple mins or are pushes above that chop around a bit and eventually push valid too…Seems like the 9:30 entry yesterday and the 8:30 td fit this.

Its now total chop in #ES_F. Levels working well, but don't force trades. 6718 Failed Breakdown was long trigger given 9:06AM. We got it & targets were 6739, then 6778-82 final res. 6778-82 remains a brick wall holding exact It must recover for next leg to 6802+. 6739=support
Adam Mancini@AdamMancini4

We are back again to 6778-82 major resistance & levels working well. 6718 Failed Breakdown was long trigger given 9:06AM. Targets given were 6739, 6778-82. We hit 6778 *exact*, sold back to 6739 just now, then back to 6778-82 Big test now. 6802, 6813 above. 6739 remains support

@AdamMancini4 I just think the real value for subscribers could be if you could explain what made you not take certain setups that clearly met all criteria listed in your methodology. People spend tons of time and patience trying to follow your system so closely only to get massively burned.

@ESFTrader56 I usually do but the problem is on a day like yesterday we had 5-6 different setups. It simply gets too long and confusing if I go into every setup that triggered and didn't trigger

Same range all week in #ES_F. 6782 was support yesterday posted, it held. 6795 reclaim was long trigger given after with ~6843 target. We hit 6843, held it all eve. Plan today: 6782=support again (weaker now). 6802 must reclaim to see 6813, 6824, 6843+. 82 fails sell 6772, 6758
Adam Mancini@AdamMancini4

Closing update #ES_F: Nice late day squeeze and no shortage of setups today. 6782 was support. It held for over an hour, quick trap below, and rip. I posted 6795 reclaim sees 6813, hit. 6829, 6843 next, then we start next real leg up. Newsletter out soon with next entries

@AdamMancini4 I wish you could go into a little more detail in the NL on why you didn’t take certain setups instead of just simply stating “This never triggered” even though it met all of your criteria listed out. It would give your NL subscribers much more value than just being vague

Levels respecting well in #ES_F. 6813 was long trigger given 11:12AM and it took us to 6842 "brick wall resistance". 6782 was then support as posted and its been the low of day almost exact. 6795 was 1st up, and above here we see 6813. No rally until that clears. Same supports
Adam Mancini@AdamMancini4

There's 6782 support exact in #ES_F. Today started slow but ended up with many setups. 6813 reclaim was long trigger given 11:12AM. We recovered & ripped to 6842 target which I called "brick wall resistance" 6795 recovery back to 6813. No rally until 6813 clears. 6772 below 6782
