I'll add to this. Darren Ferguson wasn't ever the problem at Peterborough, going from Harrison Burrows, Ronnie Edwards, Mason-Clark, Hector, Kwame, Ricky JJ etc to this squad in such a short space of time - THAT was the problem. A million miles off what's required.

After 25 years, today is my last day at Peterborough United. A quarter of a century - that makes me feel old! In that time I've worked under 21 managers, lived through promotions, relegations, Wembley days, play-off heartbreak, and the unique experience of welcoming Fergie back so often it started to feel less like a reappointment and more like him popping home for tea. To my colleagues past and present, thank you. The graft, the laughs, and the long, unsociable hours, were worth it. To the Posh fans I've interacted with over the years, most of you have been amazing so thank you! The ones who caused me grief, also thanks, you taught me a lot, especially how to deal with difficult people. Genuinely, it's a skill I'll carry with me for the rest of my career. Now to find out what a Saturday afternoon looks like. Up the Posh. 💙🤍
