Karl Marx was right, religion is the opium of the poor. Governments have no business doing this comical and embarrassing stuff unless they are failing and need religious cover to hoodwink citizens.
When a state starts outsourcing leadership to “men of God,” it is admitting that it has run out of ideas, competence, and legitimacy.
This is not faith at all Zambia, it is political incompetence dressed up as spirituality.
That is why other continents and races laugh at us, it is because of this kind of stupidity.
