Our campaign is honored to have received the endorsement of the Arizona AFL-CIO. Mark will be the first labor leader to represent Arizona in Congress. As a union activist, dues paying member of 7 unions, and board member Maricopa Area Labor Federation

As we enter the new year Mark remains committed to creating a new Democratic movement that will put a real Democrat in office and deliver for the constituents of this District who have been left behind by David Schweikert. To that end, a number of community leaders have come together to support this campaign and kickoff the new year!

I was also honored to accompany my family, including my mom, 95, who wanted to attend a rally. As a former public school teacher in Phoenix, she wanted to stand up for the community she spent her life helping to build.
