@intel2day @SpaceX Not really. Acceleration and Deceleration are high investment activities, expensive and time/energy consuming. I also imagine that having to time the journey to intersect with waystation orbits would be very limiting. I am with you, would love to stop for burgers…

@SpaceX Would it be practical to put waystations along the path to Mars? Maybe one every 10 million miles. Then travelers could dock, refuel the ship, maybe grab a burger and fries, hang out for a while before continuing the journey.
