The ones who know their worth, set boundaries, and don’t just nod along.
That’s exactly the kind of energy workplaces need —especially in leadership.
Here’s why those “uncomfortable” employees are often great candidates for promotion:
1. They challenge the status quo.
They’re not afraid to say,
“This doesn’t work.” Or, “We can do better.”
That’s not defiance, that’s leadership.
Growth never comes from yes-people.
2. They have backbone.
Saying “No” takes courage, especially when you’re not in power.
That shows emotional maturity, critical thinking, and strategic awareness.
It’s not being rebellious, it’s being responsible.
3. They protect the company, even from itself.
Sometimes the best thing an employee can do is stop a bad decision before it happens.
The “Divas” raise red flags others ignore.
That kind of accountability? Gold.
4. They set boundaries and teach others to do the same.
A future leader who models work-life balance and self-respect? Yes, please.
Burnt-out managers create toxic teams.
Confident leaders create healthy ones.
5. They’re not intimidated by titles.
If they’re already speaking up to directors or CEOs now…
Imagine how they’ll advocate for their team later.
That’s power used with purpose.

That's a fault

🚨 McFarlane says the Chelsea players have success when playing heavy positional play style:
“They've had a lot of success recently playing very heavy, tactical, positional play. They are very open to information and even though they have their own opinions and views on the game, they've been a pleasure to work with”.
“If there are any adjustments we need to make, they trust and buy in and we have made a lot of tactical changes in my three games. They've bought into it. They're very, very coachable." (@BobbyVincentFL)

IPHONE TERMS AND THEIR MEANINGS
Ever heard of
eSIM locked ? / Factory locked ?
Factory unlocked ?
eSIM unlocked ?
Physical sim OR physical + eSIM?
Chip unlocked ?
MDM Bypassed? / World wide unlocked ?
DM? BM? CM? NFID? NTT? DDM? CU? FU? RM? Etc. Now here are the meanings
🇺🇸 ESIM LOCKED / FACTORY LOCKED
✅✅✅
These particular iPhones are purposely locked to use a particular network: meaning a company can meet apple to produce a device for them and only allow their SIM card to work in it. So this is very common in USA where you see iPhone that can only work with its company’s SIM card and if any other sim is inserted, there won’t be service so you need to only use the phone with Wi-Fi or hotspot for internet connections. Eg AT&T, Verizon, T mobile . They all have eSIM versions and physical sim.
Another example is if MTN produce a phone that only MTN SIM card will work inside, glo and airtel will be useless inside. But any other thing will function properly, you won’t just get service .
FACTORY UNLOCKED ✅✅✅
These are the normal iPhones that apple produces them to support any carrier from any part of the world ( all SIM cards ).
This one comes is two types, which is
1. 🇺🇸 ESIM UNLOCKED ✅✅✅ : Apple has different companies in different regions, so from the iPhone 14 and above all iPhones produced in USA are eSIM unlocked and their model number ends with LL/A: meaning there is no sim slot on the one, so to activate your SIM card, you need to go to your network provider and they’ll give you a QR code to scan, in few minutes, the SIM card will automatically be on the phone just as if you inserted the SIM card inside.
For example you can walk to any MTN or airtel store and tell them you want to activate eSIM. If you need a new sim it’s fine, if you want to use your main sim, it’s fine. They’ll just give you a bar code to scan and after 30 minutes, the SIM card will be activated in your phone. Note that: it has no difference with the one you insert in a physical sim phone and you can add up to 8 different eSIM on a single iPhone. If you need a physical SIM card back, you just go and welcome back the line that’s all. Besides eSIM is advantageous in a case where your phone is stolen, the thief can’t remove your SIM card and throw it away, which is more easier for tracking.
2. PHYSICAL PLUS SIM. ✅✅✅
These iPhones are produced from different regions and has a sim slot on them. It can be from Canada, Belgium, uk, Belgium etc and 13 pro max and below produced in USA as well. You insert 1 SIM card and you can also add up to 8 eSIM on the phones which gives you added advantage. 99% of the physical sim iPhone I sell is this particular one.
In the case of Dual PHYSICAL SIM. ✅✅✅
These are iPhones from china region and their model number ends with CH/A.
China has a policy that every phone produced in their region must have 2 physical SIM card, that’s why. you can’t add eSIM such iPhones.
As for CHIP UNLOCKED ✅✅✅
This was a previously locked phone ( factory locked to a particular sim ) so there’s a little chip in which you insert any SIM card with it and you’ll have service for all networks. No Chip, no service. The chip is not expensive .
As for WORLD WIDE UNLOCKED &
MDM BYPASSED ✅✅✅
These ones are also locked to a particular company before getting bypassed to support all SIM cards in the world. If you factory reset them to welcome page, it’ll lock itself back.
DM = Display message ( changed screen BM = Battery message ( changed battery
CM = Camera message ( changed camera
NFID = No Face ID
NTT = No True Tone
DDM = doubled changed parts
CU = Chip unlocked
FU = Factory unlocked
RM = Replaced back glass.
I guess we now all understand the common iPhone terms.
I took my time to type and explain this without google or ani Ai / text copying somewhere, so kindly like and repost.

How to Relocate via the UK Global Talent Visa (Tech Route) 🇬🇧
The Global Talent Visa lets you work in the UK without an employer sponsor if you’re recognised as a leader (Exceptional Talent) or potential leader (Exceptional Promise) in your field.
Once endorsed, you can:
→ Live and work in the UK
→ Change jobs freely (no sponsorship needed)
→ Start a business or work across multiple roles
→ Bring dependants
→ Apply for settlement (ILR) later
Estimated Cost (2026)
→ Endorsement fee: £561
→ Visa application fee: £205
→ Immigration Health Surcharge: ~£1,035 per year
Total (1-year visa): ~£1,800–£2,000 ($2.2k–$2.5k)
You need to have your long-term plans and money to survive just in case of anything.
But basically, you can literally relocate with less than $5k cash.
When You Must Travel / Visa Validity
→ You must apply for the visa within 3 months of getting endorsed
→ You can choose your intended travel date during application
→ If you are issued a visa vignette, you’ll typically have 90 days to enter the UK after your visa start date
→ If you are granted a digital status (eVisa), you should enter the UK within the validity of your visa, as there may not be a strict 90-day vignette window
What You Must Prove
→ You must show evidence of being a leader or potential leader in tech
→ Your work must be in a product-led tech company or ecosystem
Two Application Categories
Exceptional Talent (Leader)
For established professionals with strong achievements
You must show:
→ Recognised innovation or leadership
→ Senior roles and impactful contributions
→ Strong industry recognition
Exceptional Promise (Potential Leader)
For early/mid-stage professionals with high potential
You must show:
→ Clear growth trajectory
→ Innovation in your work
→ Contributions beyond your job role
Core Requirements (Very Important)
You must meet:
→ 1 Mandatory Criterion
Show you are recognised (or have potential) as a leader in tech
→ At least 2 Optional Criteria
Examples:
→ Innovation (building products or new ideas)
→ Contributions outside work (speaking, mentoring, open source)
→ Commercial or technical impact in a company
→ Research or academic contributions
Documents You Need
→ CV (career + achievements)
→ 3 recommendation letters (from senior tech experts)
→ Personal statement (max ~1,000 words)
→ Evidence documents (minimum 6, max 10)
Your recommendation letters must explain:
→ Who the person is
→ How they know you
→ Your impact in tech
→ Why the UK should accept you
How to Structure Your Evidence (From Real Experience)
This is where most people fail, and this insight is very important:
→ Minimum: 6 strong documents
→ Maximum: 10 documents
Each evidence should:
→ Be clear and visual (screenshots, links, metrics)
→ Show your direct impact
→ Be tied to a specific criterion
Strong examples:
→ Salary proof showing you’re above market
→ Product growth you contributed to
→ Conference talks / speaking engagements
→ Open-source contributions
→ Mentorship or community impact
→ Media features or publications
Very Important for Approval
→ Don’t write long stories. Show proof with data
→ Use visuals (graphs, screenshots, links)
→ Get strong referees (senior, credible, “Google-able”)
→ Make your personal statement tie everything together
→ Clearly label every document with the criterion it satisfies
Application Timeline
→ Endorsement decision: ~3–8 weeks
→ Visa decision:
→ ~3 weeks (outside the UK)
→ ~8 weeks (inside the UK)
Settlement Timeline
→ Exceptional Talent gets ILR in 3 years
→ Exceptional Promise gets ILR in 5 years
→ Citizenship is 1 year after ILR
In Summary
→ You don’t need a job offer
→ You must prove impact recognition
→ You need strong documented evidence and referees
→ You must think like a builder or contributor to the tech ecosystem
If you have any questions, drop them in the comments.
I will answer as much as I can.
