@BrentBeshore Know the equation for “ruck difficulty” = weight x distance. As you progress in rucking, limit increases in ruck difficulty to 10% a week to avoid injury. Also, 60lbs is a lot. I have completed a 28 mile event with a 35lbs three times. My training weight topped out at 50lbs.
