3rd spring classic for Magnier, 3rd mechanical before a crucial moment in the race. Lot of bad luck for the youngster... #IFF26

@LucGrefte "Remco should stop targetting GC" Meanwhile Almeida in purgatory, Onley dropped, Gall lost time in the ascent even though Remco was pacing the flat with Eulalio. Honestly. Fully healthy, top form he's a top 5 climber in the world.

Remco losing only 17" to Lipowitz and Martinez after pulling the whole valley.. Probably the 2nd best rider today

@LucGrefte Looks better than in UAE already tbh. Doesn't seem to completely crack. Long from his top level in '23 though unfortunately.

Same conclusion after UAE for Remco: he just can’t climb (anymore). Must’ve been done a strange winter. He looks incredibly explosive, but the climbing isn’t there

@allergy_al If Jonas would've done more work with the stupid one maybe he wouldn't have risked crashing in the first place

@LucGrefte I mean is it against all odds when you crash and your biggest competitor and a top 5 competitor crash as well and suffer more from the consequences?

@NairoInGreen Wiebes being so clear of every other sprinter in the women peloton makes people forget Kopecky is close to top 5 sprinter too I guess 😅

Cannot believe UAE just fully committed to a Gasparrini sprint against Kopecky when you have numbers

@jacques_davey Matteo Jorgenson is definitely not to be blamed for just doing his work, but he shouldn't have to be controlling the group. When you have 2 teammates in a 12-man group, you roll attacks, you don't depend on Wout van Aert who's notorious for losing small group sprints.

Mathieu van der Poel says thank you very much to Matteo Jorgenson for controlling all the attacks, and Wout van Aert for closing Jan Christen's attack. #TirrenoAdriatico

#StradeBianche 🚨 Men preview Strade Bianche!! *** Pogacar ** Pidcock - Seixas * Del Toro - Gregoire - v.Aert Make no mistake: Pogacar will be even better than last year and will be the sole leader. All pressure is on UAE to lead the race and bring their leader to the final. That applies also to Del Toro. He was the team leader in the UAE Tour and will be the leader in the Tirreno. But this one and Milano San Remo is all for Pogi. That means make the race as hard as possible and launch Pogi. That sounds familiar, but it is just the "easiest" way for Pogi to win. It means less risk than - for example - wait untill the deep final. If Pogi goes I expect maybe Seixas and Pidcock to follow. They can secure podium by riding with him. Don't come with the excuse of not riding with Pogacar because then you help him; he will then smoke youlater on. Its the same as Florian Vermeersch in Omloop: I loved it and it was for me 100% the right decision to ride with MVDP. Back to this race. For me its a solo win and a nice duel with Pidcock and Seixas for 2nd place. These three are levels above the rest in climbing and gravel racing. Maybe Del Toro is so good he can stay with Pidcock and Seixas but honestly I dont think so. After leading out and maybe reacting to other riders you most often see that in the end such a ride will fade. Maybe a timely attack see a solo rider go for 2nd. Other top 10 candidates: Bilbao, Zana, van Aert, G. Vermeersch, Pellizzari, Simmons, van Eetvelt, Jorgenson, Alaphilippe.
