Selectivity goes up during a losing streak whether you notice it or not. Usually that's what ends it.
The streaks I've pushed through, the filter got quietly harder along the way. Tighter setups, skipping the questionable ones, more time on prep. Hit rate recovers because I stopped taking the trades I'd have taken three weeks back.
When I've stayed stuck, nothing actually changed in my process. Same setups, same conviction, same outcomes.

I’ve been on a losing streak lately, but I’ve seen this before… it’s always quiet before everything starts working
is the hard part that a lot of mentors hide from you… losing streaks are normal. A lot of people give up when they reach this stage because of what they see online.
Losing streaks don’t mean you’re failing.
Even profitable traders go through them.
The difference? We don’t quit.
