That’s why I barely care these days! I hate my first meal today at 4pm. 70% of my tweet has been like in a very tiny soace. I have had zooms calls and many things I really didn’t expect to do today. Climbing my stairs 5 minutes ago! My legs were shaking and I’m in my laptop working again and will go to work tomorrow again. I don’t apologize anymore cos people don’t know what you go through each day. They just make assumptions.

@therealbelano @rosheedolami A lot of people think tweeting means someone is automatically free. Meanwhile the tweet was typed during one tiny breathing space between stress, work, responsibilities and exhaustion. Adult life is really just replying mentally most times.

Sometimes life just gets busy. Life can be overwhelming too. Like me, I have a large family and friend base. It’s hard sometimes to keep up with chats and communication with the number of projects I am doing. Sometimes I miss my parents’ calls and just call them on the weekend. Many people see me tweet, but most times it’s from the toilet, or in a Zoom meeting, or like short breaks at work. How many people will I reply to their messages in that short break I have. After work? I am knackered and just want to sleep, and also time difference too. So a lot of things play a factor in these things.

Not trying to judge, I genuinely want to understand something. Are Nigerians abroad really that busy or does relocation just change people? I have a very close friend. Before he traveled, we used to talk all the time. Funny enough, he was the type that wanted replies ASAP whenever he texted 😂 But ever since he relocated, replies can take days. Sometimes when he finally responds, it’s mostly about one crazy bill or another urgent payment he has to sort out. What confuses me more is that this guy is nepo baby, so I keep wondering what exactly changes after moving abroad. Again, I’m not attacking anybody. I’m genuinely curious because this seems common with people who relocate. Does life abroad really get that overwhelming, or do priorities and friendships just naturally change?

@adanonso_ @anic4uu That's the truth. I have been visiting the hospital since this month and only God knows how much I have spent. Well it's all for good. I only pity the ones who can't even afford over the counter medication let alone seeing a doctor.

So I should rush to the hospital because of sore throat like money dey easy to get for this country? 😭 Anyways, for those who genuinely care, I took the drugs, slept, and woke up feeling a lot better. Thank you. 🙏🏿
