I have downloaded more health apps than I can count and deleted almost all of them within a week. The pattern was always the same. A burst of motivation, a few days of logging things obsessively, then silence. They all wanted me to build a brand new habit from scratch, and I never had the energy to keep it going. What pulled me back to @sleepagotchi and actually kept me there is that it never asked me to become a different person. It just made the thing I already do every night feel worth paying attention to. That is a quiet kind of genius, and it is rarer than it sounds. Sometimes the best products do not add to your life. They just make sense of what is already there.🦖

Day 5 of exploring Arc Terminal 👇 Today I spent some time inside Mind Portal. This is probably the most futuristic-looking part of Arc I've seen so far 😅 When I opened it, I noticed it's built around different sections like Nodes, Signals, Graph, Self, and Log. Right now my Nodes page is empty, but it looks like ANIMA will eventually generate and connect research nodes based on the things I'm exploring. On the right side there's also a system overview showing things like cognitive reserve, emotional state, novelty factors, and cognitive memory. Not gonna lie, it feels less like a normal AI dashboard and more like I'm looking inside ANIMA's brain. The whole thing gives me the feeling that Arc is trying to build an AI that doesn't just answer questions, but actually keeps track of ideas, patterns, and context over time. Still figuring out how everything works, but this might be one of the most ambitious parts of the platform. Anyone else spent time inside Mind Portal yet? What exactly do the Signals, Graph, and Self tabs do? 👀 @TheARCTERMINAL
