(it could definitely be something new) but the only people who have ever showed resistance to it were devil fruit users or ppl with Coc.

@IceAgeAokiji @SouthPawLoki I think if luffy fought him in his base and used his gear fourth forms. He could win he is immune to lightning. & he has the acoc & advanced future site and Loki has trouble seeing small targets in his dragon form. It could change when we see his hybrid form.
