@JamesHandscombe The Management course I was on with @TheNCE_ had a big focus on servant leadership, kindness & ethics, which was v refreshing 🙂

12) Because you can go on an HR course that teaches you how not to get sued, but not one that teaches you to manage staff with compassion - to hold high standards & enable them to get there - to recognize what they add as well as where they need support. We need to champion that.

My two cents on a really difficult problem 1. The solution involves quite a lot of money - to get salaries back in line with 2010 and build back enough of the support services that schools aren’t doing two jobs (or fund schools to do these things, but I think that’s worse.
