It's a little bit different now as the sector has matured. No more easy money grabs or opportunities down the line. We are not going back to this. So raising money won't be easier (even in better market conditions) charging insane amount for a video or a tweet won't happen and having insane margins as an agency is a thing of a past. So I feel this time is truly different.

The web3 market and sentiment suck.
Everyone is worried; there are massive layoffs, and even influencers are looking for jobs (I know as some have pinged me).
The attention is not on crypto and the music has stopped. But f*** it, if I know one thing about bear markets is that they always pass and those who continue working hard survive and thrive.
So don't give up. Sometimes, when everything is going against you, the only thing you have to do is keep going forward.
This is my fourth bear market - so not the first one and certainly not the last one.

My bf is a minority stakeholder of a restaurant. He runs the kitchen and acts as exec chef. All decisions are made by the owners, as a whole.
He's asking for a raise. He had his ASI One agent compile a wage comparison for other executive chef/kitchen manager positions and it drafted him a proposal to present during his meeting.
