@flipkartsupport I ordered Sony TV KD-55X74K 138.8CM dated 31/03/2023 while unboxing by a Sony installation executive I found the TV was damaged and same was initiated for return as on dated 05/04/2023. as of now my TV replacement was cancelled and my id was blocked. #cheated
