Feeling Cheated. Rcvd Used Nothing Ear(2) from @Flipkart as new device with no option to Return when I found the device name & connected phones of first owner Sathya.After multiple rejection from @flipkartsupport, complaint taken with 12 days SLA No update in 5 days. @F_customer

so I helpless now and need a new piece of the mobile or I want my money back. This is a horrible customer experience please look into this matter asap I'm facing this problem from the day i receive the damage product from @flipkartsupport help me @Moto_Support @motorolaindia

@CmaDevendra @flipkartsupport @Flipkart should return as promised as per policy if damaged product was received @flipkartsupport should be definitely take return or replacement should be provided to buyer. It's a shameful act by @Flipkart from their customers it's a #fakekart

@flipkartsupport I ordered Sony TV KD-55X74K 138.8CM dated 31/03/2023 while unboxing by a Sony installation executive I found the TV was damaged and same was initiated for return as on dated 05/04/2023. as of now my TV replacement was cancelled and my id was blocked. #cheated
