@FanPledge It should solve the "amassing of fans at the lip" problem. It doesn’t solve the “fans are 30 feet further up” problem.

@newballpark Yeah, looks like it. This design change has increased the usebility of that park with all that seating "attached" to it. The previous plan was was problematic with basically just lining up fans 1-deep along the rail.

@FanPledge Probably. I suspect it won’t have its own concourse, instead sharing with the "upper deck” beneath it.

Though the two drawings pictured don’t exactly match. They’re variants of the concept.
The buildings behind the ballpark are softened a bit, so it’s less apparent that they’re condos overlooking the game.

Almost two years ago, with help from @Bonderman92 and @ccfireman designed dream ballpark. Basically, Comiskey Park/Tiger Stadium without view obstructing support poles and suites up top. Allowing for upper deck on top of the field. That was fun!
