Second day, of the Food Nutritionist Program for the Farm School Coordinator (Leslee Tell) with the Arkansas Department of Agriculture. The focus was promoting Arkansas rice to our school children — connecting the farm to the cafeteria. Had a great last day of my annual farm tour in Northeast Arkansas, meeting with the men and women who keep our nation running. It’s a tough time for our farmers. But our farmers are tougher - and with a strong President leading the way, we’ll get through this year.
