I have lived the vast majority of my life with a different philosophy regarding Murphy's Law. “What can go wrong, will go wrong” There are variations on this statement but it is something that every single human being or life form that has ever existed on earth can appreciate. Things go wrong. “Shit Happens” Have you ever thought when a fly hits the windshield of your car… “Murphy Got em” Not all “Shit” is equal. A bad day to me in Canada cannot be compared to a bad day for a child in Gaza. The unfortunate part is that sometimes that “Shit” is someone else and completely out of your control no matter how you react. For this and other reasons I think of Murphy himself as a kind of faceless person. I have countless sayings and phrases I have used in meetings and discussions and have always gotten a kick out of the initial reaction to this thinking by people who don’t know much about me. “Never give Murphy more choices that he needs” “Don’t give Murphy that option” We can all appreciate and relate to this. It sucks when things don’t go as planned. Unexpected events or situations emerge on the daily for all of us. Trying to operate a sustainable project with a community is no easy task. You just don’t know who’s on the other side in most of your dealings. You don’t know if they are having a good day or bad day. Most importantly you don’t know their mind state or intention. You really don’t know their motivations. This entire situation could have been avoided and serves as an example. It demonstrates the effect and impact “actions” have on the lives of others. The mental and physical health as well as the well being of people should be paramount, particularly when it comes to dealing with people's money. This is not just about poor lil ol me. There is more than $207K of value held by holders in FateLabz that are not me. There are 120 holders of Fate Token currently. Meanwhile, there are at least 25-50 people (Maybe more) from various projects and communities that have been aware of, and have even helped Nathan Hill and Crypto Magazine actively plot to work against us rather than do what we paid for them to do. While we did get a refund 142 days later, that refund was crowdfunded by lying to investors. This group was formed 17 days before we received our refund and there are clear indications that this was the plan either all along or possibly started from that first recorded call 53 days in. Let’s be frank. Crypto is riddled with childish and reckless actions against each other. When you zoom out You see the entire world is literally on fire with the same behaviour from top to bottom. Politics are a joke globally and people seem to be really losing their minds. 2024 has been the Year of the Diss with literally everyone seemingly putting out diss tracks. Even Taylor swift and Shaq got into the “action” Cause and effect is very real and never to be underestimated. This brings us to what I call Murphy’s Mountain. This “Diss” track is one of many I have written in a rage from everything I have been experiencing and witnessing. It’s only one verse with a chorus but there are a couple of key takeaways in the context of what we are discussing. “You decided to be Murphy to me / so let me be Murphy to you The difference is I'm the one speaking the truth Don't take my fuckin word just look and pay attention He's just babblin, pours it on thick with his griftin forced me to add takin you down to my mission build it into my business surrounded by witnesses lets see who the strongest who the fittest is i'm a fuckin beast / you just a piece of shit you don't know the persistence just remember you did this when history is written / stupid fucks didn't listen I just wanted to build / brick by brick then you targeted and plotted like a coward ass bitch three fuckin stooges can't think for yourselves so you always will be losers” Sometimes we have influence over Murphy, sometimes we have no control at all and sometimes we are forced to just spectate. For some however, those who make decisions specifically to harm another individual or community. Especially in the context of a business relationship or agreement that is very very different. Such is the case with this entire situation. Call me old fashioned but… NOT stealing from holders and INSTEAD protecting their value IS an idea worth spreading. This is not about them copying us (See above), it’s about how they did it, and what they continue to do. It has also become increasingly clear conceptually they are trying to copy the IVN in many ways and even the language. On the surface based on the above this should be fine right? Unfortunately it is equally clear what they are building is some perversion of the IVN and actually provides less value for holders. This would seem to suggest value will be more volatile or worse. Even during development, I recognized the need for an IVN Certification Program to validate the integrity and sustainability of IVN systems run by other projects. This only highlights why and the importance of this program. We all react to situations differently. Anyone from the FateLabz team will tell you we have put up with A LOT being cautious how to react or respond to various situations. While I most certainly still accomplished a lot in the last year it has not been without distraction. I have tried to be patient and remain focused while dealing with the literal “Days of Our Lives”, thwarting the efforts of the team and I. I would be remiss to not discuss this community. This Family. I have spent an immense amount of time learning, researching, modelling and testing to get where we are today. I can’t get any back up? Really? No one cares? This entire situation could have been very different if this project had a community voice and everyone worked together to drive interest in what we are building. Had we fought back. When I had initially posted about this the team and I expected some kind of reaction but there was nothing. I am far from perfect, clearly crazy and can be an absolute asshole. I am not here to be anyone’s friend. I am here to create serious technology that protects your value. Including mine! I take this responsibility to those who use this technology extremely seriously. That said, I can’t do absolutely everything myself. We really do need “All Hands on Deck” We all have the power to be Murphy to another person. It is critical we understand the full implications and ramifications of that. This is something we could all take a pause to think about. The moral of the story is… Don’t be Murphy to me and I won’t be Murphy to you. Care for what say, how you act and what you do Understand your value, and the value of others.

We really hope the IVN, and the concept of not stealing from people catches on in crypto. @FateLabz will be there when that happens. We will be there with all the utilities and services needed. Many will copy and pervert the vision of the IVN. That was and is to be expected. The upcoming Certified IVN Program will be a system designed to model and thoroughly test the setup and tokenomics of any IVN like system. If it's not a Certified IVN it is simply not sustainable. If your NFT is not an IVN certified is has no guaranteed or extractable value beyond your ability to sell it. Keep in mind version 1 was launched June 20, 2023 on Binance. Version 2 has been live working since October 2023. We have also launched one on AVAX called @ZoinkNetwork We have tested more than 220K NFTs were minted to a single contract and the cost to distribute any given value to these assets is in the range of 50 cents or less. Effectively you can pay 220,000 people for less than 50 cents in terms of the actual cost to distribute any amount in value.
