I'm seeing many Nevies across social media voicing disappointment about getting only 3 new tracks and no Minnie song after a 13.5 month wait. This feeling is totally valid. However, it was to be expected. i-dle members have been so busy with solo work that a full album wasn't realistic. Looking at their 2026 schedules, solo activities heavily outweighed group activities. Just compare the number of days. There simply wasn't time to write more songs for the group album or involve more members in the production, especially since multiple members have been working on their upcoming solo albums. More time spent on solo activities and solo projects means less time available for group work. That’s just how it is, you can’t have it both ways.

I would rather film a TikTok") simply means avoiding a draining relationship dynamic.
