@MAMBarLife It comes from the information that i keep on my billing spreadsheet - it's on excel so then i can easily sort it by certain info (e.g. i make a note if it's CVP, or what kind of hearing it is)

@FieldingAtLaw Impressive practice knowledge! Genuinely interested on how you’re mining that data. Know I can get some of that so may try to do the same exercise.

When the judge says before ruling on an application - I don't need to hear from you Ms Fielding - can mean one of two things: 1. They are going to rule in your favour 2. Nothing you can say will persuade them to rule in your favour Pleased to say today was option number one!
