@Yorkshireman11 @DaniRowley I have #pmdd which means from ovulation day until I bleed I experience depression and mood swings. Then for two days I wake up covered in blood and take 8 painkillers a day but my head clears up. I’m on day 18 now.

@FightPMDD As a woman with Cerebral Palsy and someone, who was recently diagnosed with #PMDD, I prefer people first language — people who menstruate.

@viciouscyclepmd @FightPMDD @HeyGirlsUK @PlanUK Yes I think carefully done - I would say the best approach is identifying what a healthy period looks like and then talking about when to see a Dr if things don't feel right to encourage identifying periods first with healthy bodies rather than pathologizing periods completely
