Totally agree.. my son has the privilege of playing within the age group programme. I have to say the coaching is superb BUT more so that it respects and supports the individual within their own circumstances and these are sometimes difficult within the a wider set of personal circumstances @jigarnaik @pjcricket492 @DJWhitmore19 and other are utterly superb! I hope the wider membership understand they pay to watch the Club and ALSO develop young members of the cricket family. @ECB_cricket @ConnorCricket @C_Edwards23 @Danni_Wyatt @ICC
