and that would not carry over with a duped flex anyway

Be careful duping old flex ads now, they lose all social proof.
I’ve only been using flex ads since they came out because you could duplicate endlessly without losing engagement. Looks like Meta killed flex ads and all new ads are back to normal.
That benefit is gone now.
